Collars are shipped via USPS ground advantage or priority mail with delivery confirmation domestically and via first class international mail overseas.  We are not responsible if your order does not make it to you (especially outside of the US). Once it is in the mail it is out of our hands.
Refunds will not be given for orders claimed to have not arrived.
